Hello and welcome,

My name is Beth and I’m excited to be sharing with you my yoga journey.

I have only been doing yoga for a short while, but already have enjoyed many benefits – better health, greater flexibility, more calm and an overall feeling of wellness.

When first learning about yoga I found it all a little overwhelming.  Now that I’m on my way, I wanted to share the basics of yoga for anyone else starting out.

So here you will find what I have learnt in getting started plus lots of other useful yoga information.  This includes information on the schools of yoga, health and fitness benefits, motivation, equipment and lots more.
